Athletics Counseling 

Butte College Athletics offers academic counseling services to assist student-athletes in all aspects of their academic and athletic endeavors. Our Athletic Counselor will work with student-athletes to develop comprehensive educational plans, engage in major exploration, review athletic eligibility, and assistance in accessing the many support services that Butte College has to offer.­­

• Same Day appointments open at 8 am, Monday-Friday
  
  
• Open appointments are available two calendar weeks in advance and can be scheduled by:                                                                                                                                                                

(In-person) Visit the WLR 101/ Athletics Office office on main campus.

Scheduling hours are Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. & Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

(Phone) To schedule over the phone please contact us at 530-895-2378.

Athletics Spring Registration Drop-Ins:

In-Person (WLR 101) 

January 17 from 9 am – 11 am

January 18, 22, 23, 24 from 9 am – 2:30 pm

January 25 to February 2: Appointments will be SameDay. Appointments will be released at 8:00 am daily. Book online or call the counseling front desk each morning for appointments.

Regular scheduling will commence on February 5, 2024. 

 

STEP 1- During the available hours, use your Butte College Student email and password to login to the Butte College 5 Minute Chat Now/ Scheduling Center Drop-in here:

STEP 2- Select Drop-In Waiting Room

STEP 3- Select 5 Minute Chat from list of meeting reasons.

STEP 4- Update Cell Phone number if necessary- This is especially important if you opt for a                             phone session.

STEP 5- Select the type of meeting you prefer Video Appointment or Telephone  Appointment                  then click Continue.

STEP 6- Remain on the page until your link appears or you receive a call from your Counselor. *Please do not leave or refresh your page, this will cause you to lose your position in line.

*If you selected a Phone Session you will be receiving a call from a blocked number. Please ensure you are able to receive blocked calls. 

Once your 5 Minute Chat session is completed, the counselor will end your meeting.
